Hey there!
I apologize because I have been really inconsistent with posting on this blog and the reason is not that I don’t have things to share on the contrary I am on information overload. For one I am studying for the personal trainer exam as well as keeping up on all of the latest and “greatest” weight loss trends. The problem is a lot of it is contradictory and frankly I don’t want to offer bad advice. The result has been complete writer’s block. How can I in good conscience tell you about a great idea when a day later I read it is a complete sham. That is not me and I refuse to get caught up in it. So I took a step back and decided to really find MY voice.
My Mission
Is to share with you the information that is time tested and that really WORKS. No more getting side tracked on the latest and greatest ideas to lose weight fast. Sure I will continue to explore these ideas but I will not let them paralyze me when creating content. I will review these ideas but through the eyes of a skeptic there are no absolutes. We are all unique and respond differently. My mission is to help YOU find what works for your body and your situation.
So moving forward I will be posting 2-3 times per week with information that I KNOW works. Things like diet tips, exercise tips and whatever else I come up with and I will strive to make it as easy to implement as possible. The key here is it will not be based on trends because by definition they are short lived. So instead it will be based on the science that has stood the test of time. If I come across something new that I think sounds promising I will share it but I will always remind you that it is a new trend and that it may or may not stand the test of time.
As you know if you read my bio weight has been a struggle for me my entire life and I have tried a lot of stupid way to lose weight. I do not want to lead you down that path so stick with me and I promise I will only share the best advice I have and make it as easy to implement in your life as possible.
My goal is to learn and share with you as well as learn from you. Healthy living and weight loss is a lifelong journey and you can never stop learning. So I hope to turn this into a community where we can share our successes and learn from our failures.
